We assure our customers that if they find a flight or hotel room available at a lower price on the same date and time as their original booking, we will refund the difference. This guarantee applies to flights, hotels, and vacation packages booked through flyfareway.
Customers have a single, exclusive channel through which they can request a refund for their flight or hotel package. Our goal is to ensure the best possible pricing, but customers may only file one claim per booking, even if a lower rate is offered on multiple platforms simultaneously.
To initiate a refund request under our best price guarantee, please contact us at any time. If you find a lower-priced flight or hotel room on another website, make sure it's still available when you make the claim. Once we receive and approve the request, flyfareway will expedite the refund process for the price difference.
Clients must provide necessary documentation via email to prove their eligibility for a refund under the low-fare or low-rate commitment.
